Our approach

In every matter, we first review the available materials and interview our client at length so we can provide preliminary written advice.  We do this for a fixed fee.

We prioritise quality over quantity, so we limit the number of clients at any given time as this enables us to focus on people’s unique situation and provide the service level we are known for.

Each client is unique, as are their circumstances, so we partner with individuals who have invested in their career and seek high-quality assistance to protect their investment.  

Unfortunately, disputes are not resolved overnight, which means we will be working closely together for some time, so it is essential to develop an effective working relationship to ensure the project is completed efficiently.  The 'partnership' model we use keeps the project on track and allows our clients to manage the personal strain that often accompanies disputes.

Advances in technology have changed the workplace forever, with the standard nine-to-five set to become a relic of the past.  We embraced the advantages these changes provide our clients, and we offer appointments at times that slot into our clients' busy schedules, including evenings and weekends.
