Am I the right fit for you?


I partner with selected senior members of companies and organisations who feel their career is in crisis and seek calm and sensitive advice and assistance.  For example:


  • You may have received notice of termination, had an unwelcome 'arm around the shoulder' conversation, or noticed your position is not included in the draft restructure proposal.


  • You may be struggling with the pressures of an unhealthy work environment, have concerns about how a colleague treats you, or have been notified that a serious complaint has been made.


  • You may have been named as an individual respondent to a legal action and seek a confidential second opinion on your position.


  • You may have received an offer from a competitor but fear your contract prevents you from taking up the lucrative opportunity.


  • You may fear the circumstances of your departure will engage the 'bad leaver' provisions of the options/share agreement and want to protect your equity.


  • You may have received an offer of a promotion but want to negotiate better terms and conditions without jeopardising the offer.


  • You wish to leave your current position but are worried that you will not be provided a fair reference or that your colleagues will disparage you in your professional network. 


The matters I assist with are as diverse as the types of workplaces my clients manage, but the one feature my clients share is the desire to avoid litigation - they primarily they seek confidential advice on their options, with a view to having me represent them delicately in dealings with their employer.


Whether resolution is a healthier workplace or moving on to greener pastures via a favourable exit package, I objectively analyse the facts, identify realistic options, and negotiate professionally.
